Pricing & Frequently Asked Questions

How do you price your services?

We offer transparent, flat‑rate packages for planning and coordination, plus custom add‑ons. After a short discovery call, we provide a written proposal itemizing what’s included.

What’s included in each package?

Every package includes a dedicated lead planner, timeline creation, vendor coordination, and on‑site management. Premium packages add full design support, floor plans, rehearsal, and extended staffing.

Do you build custom packages?

Yes. We tailor services so you only pay for what you actually want.

How much is the retainer and when are payments due?

A non‑refundable retainer of 25–40% reserves your date; the remainder is split into milestones, with final payment due 14 days before the event.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes—monthly or milestone‑based payments at no additional fee.

Are there travel or delivery fees?

Local events include travel; outside the area we add mileage/lodging as needed. Third‑party delivery/pickup fees are listed on your proposal.

Do you have a minimum event budget?

No strict minimums, though certain services make the most sense above specific budget levels.

Do you mark up vendor invoices?

No hidden markups. Any commissions or perks are disclosed and used to improve package value.

How far in advance should I book?

Popular dates book 9–12 months out; smaller events can be 2–4 months. Contact us to check availability.

What’s your reschedule/cancellation policy?

Retainers are non‑refundable but can be applied to a new date if available. For cancellations, we provide a statement of work and pass through any refundable vendor balances per their policies.
